Alden Court’s short term rehabilitation services help speed the recovery of individuals recuperating from Orthopedic Surgeries, Strokes, CABG, CHF, COPD, Cancer, Unstable Diabetes and Chronic Respiratory Diseases. The therapy staff is available seven days a week which allows each patient a daily, personalized treatment plan for their condition.

Skilled Nursing Care around the clock helps residents avoid hospitalizations, and a full calendar of activities, both inside our facility and out, add to our residents “quality of life”. We create “neighborhoods” with various sitting rooms to visit with family, and our media room with theater seating, salon and library provide many choices and areas for our residents to spend quality time. Our goal is to provide a continuum of programs that our residents might have done at home prior to admission. We follow a “patient centered” process that gears programs on meeting individual needs with the goal of keeping residents busy and engaged.

If you have a life-limiting illness such as heart or lung disease, dementia or cancer, our palliative care program offers you a specialized treatment option that combines advanced management of pain and symptoms, with enhanced quality of life for you and your family. Our goal is to optimize your quality of life because every moment matters.

Formally speaking, hospice care is that which can be provided to patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. Rather than seeking a cure, hospice care aims to make their remaining time with us as comfortable and as meaningful as possible. This may mean pain relief and nursing care but also includes emotional support and help with everyday tasks.
