<p>Southcoast Health at Home offers Grief Support Groups as an extension of the compassionate care we provide through our hospice and palliative services. These groups are designed specifically for family members who have experienced the loss of a loved one under our care. Our Grief Support groups and workshops are wonderful ways to gain peer support and companions along the journey through grief. A variety of support groups and workshops are offered throughout the year and are free and open to the public.</p>

Angel Wings Retreat offers a compassionate space for children and teens coping with loss. Designed to bring together young people who have experienced the death of a loved one, the retreat blends emotional support with engaging activities. Through group conversations, creative projects, swimming, and team challenges, participants find connection, understanding, and moments of joy. It’s a place where healing begins and no one has to feel alone.
